The Invisible Bee is a soundtrack for the Anthropocene. This music is apology, anger, truth, grief, hope, celebration, and call to action, all rolled into one — anthems, meditations and love songs for the climate movement and all who care for Mother Earth and her beings.

Our first album, released Jan 2019. Songs about finding strength in community, remembering that love is the answer, finding relief in the teachings of inter-being and impermanence. Also, a cover of one of our favorite Dead tunes (title track), and a song written for Christine Blasey Ford and all the other survivors out there.

Our second album, released Oct 2019. More songs about love and loss, but especially songs to inspire and support rising to the challenge of these times. All the big scary feels, plus all the joy and potential. Another Dead cover, and a Dharma ode to liberation.

I wrote this song to support the movement to save the indigenous Tule elk in Point Reyes National Park from the threat of starvation and murder as a result of the private ranching industry's stronghold on our public lands.

I wrote this song to support the Plant Based Treaty movement, which is encouraging individuals, businesses, celebrities, politicians (everyone!) to endorse the treaty and commit to a plant-based lifestyle as a reasonable, doable and effective response to climate change.
